چکیده

The stimulating effect of humic acids on the growth biomass test object was established. А series positive effects seedlings proposed. correlation dependence toxicants cockweed its composition revealed. It shown that light ends oil has a minimal toxic due to increased volatility, in contrast petroleum. detoxifying ability peat established separately and together with oil-degrading microorganisms genus Rhodococcus inert substrate by method biotesting. Humic had regardless their genesis. maximum exhibited isolated from fen peats. contaminated soil presence all variants experiments model higher compared variant without treatment acids. detoxification coefficients were calculated relation hexadecane: sphagnum high-moor transitional showed effect: 70−75%. Combined use Rh. erythropolis S67, X5 4−22%. values vary range 59−85%, depending genesis selected strain microorganisms. moil-degrading exceed indicators control experimental options using only produce biologically active surfactants capable more emulsification biodegradation hydrocarbons environment.

Soil minerals and humic acids alter enzyme stability: implications for ecosystem processes

In most ecosystems, the degradation of complex organic material depends on extracellular enzymes produced by microbes. These enzymes can exist in bound or free form within the soil, but the dynamics of these different enzyme pools remain uncertain. To address this uncertainty, I determined rates of enzyme turnover in a volcanic soil with and without added enzymes. I also tested whether or not s...

Tetracycline sorption to coal and soil humic acids: an examination of humic structural heterogeneity.

The sorption properties of tetracycline were compared between a coal humic acid (CHA) and a soil humic acid (SHA) under various solution chemistry conditions. Structural characteristics of the two humic acids were quantified in detail by elemental analysis, solid-state (13)C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), acid-base titration, and Zeta potential measurement. The CHA consists primarily of poly...

Nature of Plant Components Identified in Soil Humic Acids

INTRODUCTION The origin of the humic acid fraction of soils is still unclear in spite of extensive investigations accomplished over the last years (ref. 1). Different origins have been proposed, based on the most recent theory or on the applica tion of the latest analytical method. Thus, it has been proposed that soil humic acids are derived from lignins, microbial activity and synthesis of me...
